The entire con is like a huge meet and greet though. Go to a panel, go to a gathering and just talk to people. Things might go well and you'll make a new friend. Fanime is a lot of things but it can't do all the work for you. Social interaction is uP to you.

Fair enough.  I did meet some new people from gatherings and the game room so I was interacting with others, but like I mentioned it wasn't really a big deal.  Just my little 2 cents lol.

What I disliked about Fanime 2011 is what most everyone else is saying.

No scedules!  I missed everything I wanted to go to except the gathering! I hope next year there is one because I was sad that i missed the Hetalia panel.
