I was wondering if anyone knew or remembered which price tended to be cheaper for the Fairmont and the Marriott?

If you're asking which between the two is generally less expensive, the Marriott is less expensive than the Fairmont.

It usually goes like Hilton = Marriott = Crown Plaza > Fairmont = St. Claire

Just FYI, my Hilton room with 2 queen beds was roughly $375 for Friday-Monday.
