Badges for artist sign up

I am having trouble getting my badge number recognized for AA registration. What is funny is that the person in my group (my helper) got recognized but I, who's email the account is under, did not. I would love some help with this, thank you.

I'm having a similar problem.  Mine went through fine, but my partner's is not.  Here is an e-mail the staff sent me regarding it.
"Greetings,

The most common registration/badge issues we've seen include:

- The name on the artist alley account and the registration account
have to match /exactly/.
- The paypal/pre-reg receipts for registration may not have given the
right badge number.
- Badge number starts with an "F"
- A different email may have been used for registration than artist alley.

You can check these items by logging into the registration at:
registration.fanime.com/login

If you have a staff, industry or professional badge please let us know.
