Can ropes be peace bonded?

I'm going as Applejack in the MLP cosplay, and since I do rodeos and actually can rope almost anything I'm wondering if a 30 foot head rope could be considered a weapon? Applejack is a roper, so I was wondering if I could just bring it as a prop and have it peace bonded. Of course I would not rope people, since I wouldn't want to hurt anybody or knock anything over, but could I just hold it?

BTW, even if it's fine I may not bring it, but I just want to make sure in case I do decide I want to bring it.

Any sorry if this is in the wrong place, I couldn't find a specific category for peace-bonding questions.

It seems that you will be able to bring this as long as you are not using it in a way that can hurt someone (swinging it around, etc.).

You will need to get it peacebonded asap, but you already knew this. =)
