Prop questions

If I have a cane for my Ciel cosplay that I made and I'm a bit confused as to whether or not it is allowed.
I also have a broom stick that I made for harry potter cosplay and a guitar and I was wondering if those were allowed.
All three props are about 3 feet tall. The broom and came are made of tree branches the gardeners cut off.
I know they may have to be peace tied, but will they not be allowed?
I was also wondering about silverware for a kuroshitsuji or 2p Italy cosplay, though this one is pretty unlikely I just wanted to check. I have these beautiful gold utensils I bought at a renissance faire that have a rose on the top of all of them that I want to use for Ciel and a regular -possibly butter- knife for Italy. The gold utinsels don't really have any sharp edges, the knife is rounded as well as the fork tips.
I'm sory for all the questions, I have never been to this con before and the others I have been to allowed them. (Any tips for a newcomer would be great as well)

Most of those should be fine with Peacebond.
I am not to certain about the Silverware however, but I am not an expert on the live steel rules.
