New attendees

So, my 13 year old son will be attending this year, and is hoping the other members of his (jr. high) anime club can attend too.  Is there some kind of....I dunno....docent program?  People who've been doing this for a while, who can show them around the venue, direct them to panels/events that might be of particular interest, tell them how not to be jerks?

Is that something I should propose to programming?

He comes from a con family, but Fanime's a very different environment than we're used to.
