Question about Artist Alley

Hello. So a friend and I want to share a table for the fanime con. So she wants to sell her work on half the table and I sell my work on the other half of the table but is that allowed for this convention? And do we each of us have to register for a table? Or just one of us sign and enter names of our partner? We also have a 3rd person but only to help us and alternate with so that there would only be two people at the table but is that allowed and how do we sign her up as a helper? Sorry for these questions for I am very new to this convention or any anime convention.
