Changing hotel reservation

Is it to soon to call the hotels to ask questions about our reservations? I called and they didn't have my info on file so I'm guessing the info hasn't been transferred over yet? Thanks for any help.

Our Fanime Housing confirmations say not to contact the hotel directly until after May 17th. So the hotels probably don't have your information yet.
