Hey Silver Unicorn,

  I think I sent you a PM but I don't know if it sent or not.  Bascially I'm wondering what brand/type of paint did you use on the bottom of your Ed Elric boots and I was also wondering your or any one else's take on the odd way Ed's boots seem to split in the front in a V shape.  I don't know if its like an undone zipper or what.

Here is what I did to my pair of boots :)

I used a pair of Harley Davidson boots; unfortunately, I'm at work and don't remember the boot style name.  I paid over $100.00.  Here is a picture,



To create the red trim, I purchased red color duct tape and red color plastic tape. First, use the red color duct tape around the boot trim. Second, use the red color plastic tape to create the red trim finish. The duct tape sticks to the leather better than the plastic tape. The plastic tape sticks to the duct tape better that the boot leather trim.

I didn't do anything to the tongue because the style didn't have one.  Hope the info helps.

Yes that is what I ment. (GOD I SUCK AT SPELLING) ](*,)

And as for YNM, that means Yami no Matsue (decendents od Darkness if your going by the english translations) and One of the characters has red curse marks on his arms and back.  

We tryed to use washable markers at Yaoi con, but it rubbed off way to easaly.

So, red acrylic paint will be necessary. And, I'll bring some brushes (or you can). How thick should the brush part be?

They are unhealthy for the skin, but at least they work XD
I don't have to worry much about having pernament ink on me because I would be out of school by then.

Well, i think I heard somewhere that any type of ink is bad for the skin.
