i was told when i first got it that it would start to lighten up quickly
all tattoos fade (except for green which is coincidentally the only colour that you cannot remove)
some colours fade faster than others and there are contributing factors such as sun (that do the worst) weight fluctuation... blablabla

now that i think about it i might just only need some moisturizer

hi, i'm a new cosplayer. i want to dress up as riza hawkeye for the con, but i'm am currently stressing about how in hell i'm going to come up with the pattern for the uniform. does anyone have any tips or links that are helpful? i've googled and yahooed everything i could think of, but am still quite scared of cutting up pieces of cloth. ^_^;; thanks in advance!

FMA uniforms aren't exactly a good project to start with if you're not a rather experienced sewer...eh heh they make me want to tear my hair out. But if you still want to make one, Eleryth from Cosplay.com made this amazingly good site to help out. http://www.storms-end.com/cosplay/hagaren_uniforms/ You're in luck wanting to do Hawkeye; a few of the more minor soldiers (like Farman and Fury) don't have ref pics there, leaving us to gather pics on our own.

I'll be wearing the spoileriffic ballgown to the meeting, and my friend, well, let's see if he can finish Number 48. I bet he can. (The Fake Armstrong's Sister costume, well, he only has agreed to do that after I complete a Johnny Depp Willy Wonka outfit, so that'll take a while.)

But look for me wandering around as Ed and Wrath at other times!

EDIT: Haha, all of you people cosplaying other characters, I get my own spiffy background music! *sings* "Uwo-u-wo-u-wo..." OST2 track 25, but don't look up the tracklisting unless you've seen to the point where you know who's behind the Homunculus, otherwise you'll spoil yourself for something rather major.

Wrath's ouroboros is on HIS right foot. Meaning the cosplayer's right foot. It is VERY CRUCIAL if you are going to cosplay Wrath to NOT screw up what goes where.

Cosplayer's right arm - tan
Cosplayer's left arm - normal, with armband
Cosplayer's right leg - normal, with sock-thing and Ouroboros on foot
Cosplayer's left leg - tan

(I will not explain WHY this is so crucial, as I would be Spoiling.)

Use spray-on pantyhose a shade too dark. Really. I tried about seven types of makeup for Wrath, and that was all that worked AND didn't rub off.

another question: wrath's hair is jet black, yes? sometimes it looks kinda brownish, and sometime's its got that greenish tint similar to envy's...@.@

I went for jet black myself, because although it sometimes does have tints, my Wrath wig is so massive that I wouldn't have wanted to custom-color it to extra-dark green or anything. (Plus, spoiler: Considering who Wrath's parents are, it's gotta be black.) Give me an AIM if you want tips on making a Wrath wig to truly accurate size...it takes some wig surgery, but the result is impressive. (My AIM is kaitouxelko and yes, anybody who wants to talk FMA wigs should also IM me.)
