Bad jokes aside, that site that was posted really helps me out too. Still, problem is, I  can't sew. I'll have to resort to buying the Gloves, but the costume...

God I wish I knew what to do here...

If you are local to the bay area I may be able to lead you through it with my friend who is also learning how to sew. This will be his first State Alchemist uniform. He has some sewing experience and can teach you what I've taught him. We usually work together with projects so I can also teach you what to do. PM me if interested.

I like to hear everyone's thoughts on FMA.  Is FMA losing popularity?  I say yes.  For example, at AX'05 there were a ton of Naruto cosplayers which is not a surprise.  What surprised me was the number of Bleach cosplayers  :o  And Bleach made the front cover on the program book.

Am I wrong?  I hope I am.  Or maybe as Cartoon Network shows more episodes, more anime fans talk more about series.  Or maybe FMA is a sleeper hit  8)

i definately think that it's NOT losing popularity! you know how "new" things tend to have more publicity? it's like that...Bleach is the recent "new" thing.
