changing an indvidual reg to a group reg

hi quick question
so i have an individual reg. at the moment but my friends want to do a group reg my question is
since i already have an individual reg, can i edit it so i can add myself and my friends together to do a group reg?

I'd say email registration to get the best answer, I'm not sure what kind of exceptions they offer for this.
