2014 NEW Homestuck Gathering! 4/6

Ok Homestuck cosplayers, I REALLY need your help on this gathering. I have copied what was on the other thread, however the previous organizer will not be running this event. I have taken the liberty of scheduling it for the same time, day, and location as last year. I know that there are many of you out there and I want to see things get rolling so spread the word that I have taken over running the gathering as a thread and getting it listed, HOWEVER I will not be able to run this at Fanime 2014. I NEED ALL OF YOU to help me by running the gathering, policing this thread and any others that may come up. PLEASE Help to get this going and Post the info I need here in this thread.

If I don't see clear leadership on this gathering it will not make it to the Final Gatherings List.

Hi BSaphire (and everyone else)! I am filling in all the blanks right now. What I don't have finished before I leave for work will be done tonight when I return.

Anyone who would like to volunteer, I request that they send me a Facebook message or a private message here, because I will be holding meetings for locals and want to Skype with out-of-towns before I delegate. I have a core group of adult Homestucks already, hooray!

ETA Acey, I am sourcing a megaphone still (shouting is bad for our voices and can be anxiety-inducing, a megaphone is not much better on the anxiety front but at least we'll be able to talk the next day)!

My friend and I would be willing to help out with this meet! Though we are planning to go to the Black and White ball, and I can't remember what time it is at. And we would need time to be able to go and change before. But I'm sure we can be Roll Call assistants. c:

Ah, I forgot to mention:
Dinnerstuck is an all-ages event. Drinking of alcohol with dinner is highly discouraged, even if you are of age, because there will be underaged persons in attendance.
(I'll have a full list of rules and such later, I just think that the age thing is important. Y'all can drink on your own afterwards ;])

I'm personally over 21, though. I don't really drink much at all, but 21stuck sounds intriguing, if you don't mind shooting me a PM. I've considered doing a really informal Barstuck event at a con before, but never have, and figured that having someone who doesn't drink running a drinking-themed event would be strange, haha
