contiental breakfast at the hyatt

I read on the website that their breakfast (AM kitchen skillet) is free of charge but ive heard from some friends that stayed last year that the breakfast cost 7.00

can someone clarify this for me? thanks!

What we were told last year is that the breakfast at the Hyatt charged during the Fanime weekend. Example, my group and I arrived Wednesday and we were told breakfast was free on Thursday morning, but Friday/Saturday/Sunday the cost was $7 (up from $5 the year before!) - don't know about Monday, because we were so beat we didn't even try ha ha~

This happened last year to me as well.  I complained to the manager and they ended giving out one free breakfast for the weekend, but if you went again, they'd charge you.

There's probably some fine print about it being for full-price rooms, and FanimeCon rooms are at a discount.
