Resources for Gathering Runners

I'm looking for a current map of the gathering sites (I may just be blind and not seeing the link on this one, it seems to have disappeared) as well as some advice as to finding/checking in at the gathering table and not getting my gathering hijacked by someone with a louder voice.
I'm very excited to be running the RT meetup as my first officially sanctioned meetup, but with my past experiences I know that I'm a small person with a higher voice that usually ends up losing my power to someone with a louder voice who thinks that it's ok to take over from me. Any recommendations to keep this from happening?

That's the map from last year, as the "construction site" is still on there. Thank you, though!
