Hype Train Spotted!

Yesterday (6/18), I was around downtown SJ and saw the lightrail with the Fanime ad roll by.
I'm unsure if it's intended to be a semi-permanent fixture or what but it was pretty cool.

That train still in service? It'll cool if it stays all year round/permanently.

I was sad that the Hype Train rolled during con on Thursday, never saw it that weekend :(

VTA tends to be very slow in taking down outdated signage from their light rail trains.  A few weeks ago, I saw a train with signage for the Tech's Star Wars exhibit, and that ended back in March (after being extended past February).  It'll be interesting to see how long the Fanime Train will continue rolling around until they finally take that signage down.
