Written Consent on Pets

Ok, I'm doing a Hakudou Yayoi cosplay and was hoping to bring my pet snake into the con with me. In the Fanime code of conduct it says that you must have prior written consent before bringing any animal, that is not a service dog, into the con. I was wondering if anybody knows how to gain said written consent.

It's very likely that we will not be able to grant your request. The facility usually only permits service animals unless there is some other essential need to have the animal in the facility. You would probably be able to email roversATfanimeDOTcom for the approval. Hovever, I wanted to manage your expectations before you sent in the request.

Thank you very much for your timely and considerate response. I will try emailing the provided source, but will not have high expectations for the result of the request. I still want to at least try to get the permission, even if it is very unlikely it will not be granted. :)
