Editing Member Information

I need to change some of the information for my group registration. However, I can't find a way to do it on the website. I emailed [email protected] but I got a very generic response that wasn't helpful at all. Last year, we were able to edit the information easily, and I don't see why they didn't keep that system. In any case, some help would be appreciated. I want to be able to register everyone before the price change for pre-reg.
