Durarara Gathering Fanime 2015 (maybe?)

Hello! Me and my friends are interested in hosting a Durarara gathering on either Sunday OR Monday. Is A) anyone doing this and B) if not, are any of you guys psyched to do this?

I need some help thou, I'm a little confused on exactly HOW to plan a gathering (place, time etc.) so help is greatly appreciated! Hopefully we can bring this idea to life!
