We are official!! Date, time, and location are SET! Hope to see you there!!

(Ok, so since no one else was stepping up to do this I figured I might as well)

Alright! So, my DMMD group has agreed to host this gathering together! Should be lots of fun!! Let's make this an awesome gathering!!

Day: Sunday
Time: 1pm - 2pm
Location: G8 a&b

Fanime will be taking group pictures during the Gathering/Event this year. If you do not want to be included in those pictures please step aside for those photos. By remaining with the group when the pictures are being taken you give your consent to be photographed.

So it appears Sunday would be the best choice, then, so I'll go and put Sunday for the tentative date.

As for time, would 1 or 2pm work for everyone? Our group has the Masquerade but we won't be busy early in the day.

Got you down! Still trying to figure out location. How about G9(big area outside that's in front of the registration building) It's still available for 1 and 2pm on Sunday it seems so should figure out a time soon if we want that space. I'm thinking 1.

I won't be bringing koujaku this year I don't think, but if I do I'll see about coming by! A word of advise though.

PLEASE make sure at the beginning of the gathering everyone understands to be appropriate. I know cosplay is all fun and games, and its fun to do shipping poses especially with dating sims, but there are a portion of fans who are under 18 while some of us are over 18 and it is highly inappropriate for either age bracket to be doing suggestive poses with one another. I nearly retired Koujaku halfway through a con gathering (and actually still am wavering on doing so) because I learned over half the gathering were under 18 (mainly 16 yos it seemed) only after the kojaku/aoba set where a few of them posed suggestively with me. As a 21 yo with a sibling that age it made me HIGHLY uncomfortable and also, you know, could be grounds for the older cosplayers getting in trouble for being inappropriate with the younger cosplayers even if they did not initiate anything. So just please make sure everyone is safe!!!!
