Where is the cosplay hangout?

I am not sure where the cosplay hangout. I need help working on a cosplay. my boots for link have broken and i had to buy some costume ones. So, i need some help fixing up these. If anyone can let me know where the cosplay hangout is or could help me with this dilemma that would be great?

"The Cosplay Hangout has moved from the market room in the Hilton hotel. It is now in the WILLOW GLEN room Marriott hotel on the 2nd floor by the elevators."
