Need parking starting after 12am or 1am so maybe just a parking lot that has a reasonable flat rate for one day

There is a parking lot thats about 10 min walk away from the convention center near fernando and first and it's a flat rate (but $$$). also the parking lot thats across from the Westin is a good one to go to as well because of its proximity.
