Hi! Can a talented artist make me a cosplay?

Hi! I was wondering if someone very talented could make me a cosplay? Willing to pay handsomely, but would prefer not to haha. Anyway, the cosplay I want made is Annie from the video game Story of seasons. I have pictures but I'm not sure how to post them, as I am new.

Well, if you're talented at making cosplays let me know  :)

I would recommend you try to find it online. Chances are you could find a store that has it.

Also if you plan on commission it out, find a local well trusted person that has done commission work before.
I had a bad experience from some dude here, over a simple cosplay work. Hopefully things might have changed since then.
