Quote from: radiotomuKanon started out as a H-game. I try not to point this out, as people are reluctant to watch something that began as porn. However, as a show or a game, Kanon has a completely beautiful storyline, and one that's solid enough to work without sex.
I'm a bit late to this, but meh.  Kanon is one of the best-written bishoujo games of recent times.  IMHO, quite possibly the only game that beats it is Key's following game: Air.  Anyway, I always try to spread awareness of the genre.  I have no inhibition to introduce the Kanon, To Heart, Comic Party, etc. animes as formerally H-games.  They were all based on great games with little H content to begin with--generally, like, a single scene.  I'll convey this to people.  Like I said, I want to spread awareness of the genre.  H-game doesn't mean it's only made for erotica.  There are some amazing stories and lovable characters in these games.

I'm really behind on animes; I stopped watching them a couple years ago.  So I don't know half the animes that are listed.

What's my anime....hmm...I'd have to say Gundam Wing.  It was one of my first animes, and it really stuck to me.  :)

Depends on the game.  Some games have a good deal of H, but many of the better known ones have relatively little.  As I said, generally, like, a single scene.

Tsukihime, a bishoujo by Type-Moon, was adapted to anime form as "Shingetsutan Tsukihime."  You get a sampling of the amazing story if you watch it, but they changed far too much if you ask me.  Changes include: Shiki's personality, obmissions of character-defining traits from Arc & Ciel, Kohaku's role & background (she plays a huge role in the story), and basically half of the story (the game has two main story paths.  The anime only covered the "light side of the moon," which is Arc and Ciel's path).  Melty Blood is the official fighting game sequel by Watanabe Seisakujo, endorced by Type-Moon and with an original story writen by Type-Moon's story writer Nasu Kinoko--and thus, it is part of the Tsukihime canon.
