Legal statement : Fanime will be taking group pictures during the gathering/event this year. If you do not want to be included in those photos, please step aside for those photos. By remaining in the group you are giving consent to be photographed.

FYI, I saw there's already a forum post for a 2025 Love and Deepspace gathering. I've seen more cosplayers recently for the game so I hope you get more help and interest!

I wish I could help since I'm also trying to host the lads gathering on day 1, but I have too many gatherings to attend on day 2 and 3, and the issue with those two days is, it's competing with zzz, hsr, genshin, and twst. Also those same days there is the pgr, limbus and r6s gatherings I can't miss and I'm already changing for. So day 1 has the least amount of competition and the only day I can change out after the wuwa gathering I'm hosting.

So unfortunately it is gonna be combined with the Friday one, this one isn't happening anymore because usually fanime doesn't do duplicate gatherings
