As of late, when they start the Monaco Arc, they have a new OP and ED song. Supposedly, the 3rd season ED uses a song by the same person who sung Naruto's 3rd OP.

Monaco Arc is THE BEST of the series. I've been following the manga, and it kicks ass. Monika~ Tsukino~

It's probably a bit early to make that kind of broad statement. They aren't far enough into the arc afterwards. Although, the Monaco Cup was pretty awesome.

And forget Monika. It's all about Tsukino. =P
