It'd be really cool to keep a live list of the songs avaliable for the karaoke room; organized by artist, series, etc. I think that would decrease the re-post of song requests. :)

How much does vocal dampening kill the background music? I've tried the home-made technique, and for not-so-pop-ish songs, the drums often disappear. >.<

i did one song with their dampening and it was good.
But seems that some of the songs have noises and weird effects.
You just have to try it out there.

Yeah, the effects are what I'm afraid of. Hee hee...this particular song, once I tampered with it and removed the vocals using Audacity, I realized that there were a ton of extra echo-y effects that you don't notice when the vocals are in place. x3

Kinda' cool. But scary. Guess I'll see what they can do... : D
