Makou, that link was for the 2006 karaoke competition, as far as I know, the 2007 sign-ups haven't begun.
As for the crowd, I've personally noticed that there are a LOT of people in the first round and about 20-30 people for the second round audience wise.

By "here" I hope you mean the Live Programming forum rather than this 2006 thread, as it won't be nearly as noticeable and easy to miss. :(

Regarding when I asked when 2006 rules were up, I was really just checking to see when the new info and sign-ups would be, not so much thinking the rules would change entirely. Thanks though, since it was answered later anyway. ^^
