FMA Film Theatrical/DVD Release Date

The original release date for the film was on DVD for September 26th. But, somewhere along the line, the film apparently got bumped up to a theatrical release for September 12. I may sound foolish, but since Funimation isn't being clear on the matter, is the DVD release still on for the 26th or shall we assume it's delayed until at least the start of next year?
