MY FAVORITE MOE~ I ALWAYS GO AFTER THESE GIRLS! YESSS...

Typically, I'd pick Primula... but I'm going to go with Ruu from To Heart 2. Ruu~!

Primula's a good choice, but I feel like I've over-repped Shuffle as it is, so I'm considering taking Ren (Reverie Metherlance) from Elemental Gelade, if she counts. She doesn't have much emotion early on in the series, though later on it comes out a little. Then again, a lot of these girls who have no emotion do have a little something stored away somewhere.

I haven't been saying a lot about the last few moes.  Hell, I missed the last one or two.  But I have to say something about stoic girls cause it's what I consider my favorite character type.

And when talking stoic girls, I have to chose Hoshino Ruri of Nadesico.  She was the one who got me started on them.  It's impossible to have a serious discussion about stoic girls and not mention Ruri.  As far as I've ascertained, the character type more or less began with Rei of Eva and Ruri of Nadesico.  And Ruri is considered one of the most popular anime characters in Japan ever.

What drew me to Ruri?  Perhaps it's her constant disinterested expression.  Maybe it's her deadpan delivery of "baka baka."  Per chance it's her, IMO, absolutely beautiful character design.  It's a whole slew of things.  Everything that makes her her because I love every aspect about her.

After Ruri, there has been others: Yakumo (Sukuran), Yuki (Haruhi), Kirika (Noir), Presea (Tales of Symphonia), Hisui (Tsukihime), Ren (Tsukihime), Aruru (Utawarerumono), Kisaragi (Happy Lesson), Wilhelmina (Shana), Tabitha (Zero no Tsukaima), Patchouli (Touhou), Emeralda (Xenogears), etc.  The list goes on.  But as far as I'm concerned, I began with and it is still all about Ruri.

I'm bringing my most famous avvy back from retirement.  It is, to this day, probably my favorite avatar of all time.

I rewatched like 1-3 of nadesico yesterday, I totally forgot how Euphemia sounds very much like Ruri. After 10 so years of it's original airing, Nadesico doesn't feel too old, it still has some great animation and character designs. I might as well rewatch the whole again, it's been 10 freakin years since I watched this series lol.
