In 2005, I was at Tabletop Gaming and someone gave me a mental hug.  Anyone else received the mental hug?  Did anyone get one in ‘06?

This is the first I've heard of a Mental Hug...

That is a really cute idea, actually. I'm personally not comfortable with random people touching me (too many times being groped by icky men on the subway, I guess) but I do like the thought of something like this. It's a quirky and creative way for people to show their appreciation for a costume or even just the person in it, without invading anyone's personal space.
