I did a search and I didn't see a thread but let me know if this is a duplicate.

Ok, my partner and I are planing a sailor moon cosplay for the ball.  

details of what I hope the gathering will end up.
day:whatever day that will end up being?  

time:afternoon, 3 or 4 hours before the ball

location: open to suggestion

I think we need to narrow down the when and where though. BSaphire (the one in charge of the whole gatherin list) can get the word out there for us.. If you look at her thread with the list I think we can decide based off of there.

I'll be going as a customized version of Makoto from the Live Action (in a Kimono)
With me I shall have the following FOR SURE...
Motoki (turtle boy! yay! )
and
Mamoru (Tuxedo Mask-the non-asian style)

We may have others with us, and if we do it'll probably be some of the senshi in customized kimono form, as we had planned. I'd love to go to the ball in my kimono and such also.

Me and my partner, Purelovely, will be wearing a very formal Micheru and Haruka for the ball on saturday.

Also, on sunday we will be human Luna and Sailor Moon.

So how does saturday afternoon sound?  on the list the only times left are 4:30, 5:30, 6:00 and 6:30.

I personally perfer 4:30.

and we have you and your partner for sure as well as me and at least one other person. I'll swing by the cosplay thread and tell her 430 on saturday, if that's ok with you. I'll set the location for inside near the stairwell at the convention entrance

Although neither I, or my friend, can dance, we shall show up to the Ball just for you tho XD

Motoki isn't a formal outfit and I'm nto going to go by myself...ya

that's sad about not going to the ball, but we can still do the gathering.

the location sounds great to me.

upstairs or downstairs?  left or right staircase?  and I'm assuming this is the main entrance with the fountains.

but the motoki cosplayer doesnt want to go out and get a tux just for the ball..

cause I mean..Motoki doesnt exactly come in the whole formal wear..

he's either in his spron..or with a broken arm in a leather jacket (in teh style of Live Action of course)

and hey...super odd question btu for the life of me..

i cannot figure out how to make Makoto's hairtie. XD any clue?
