My friend and I are interested in doing a panel for webcomic authors (like the one we had two years ago).  However, we only have two panelists and would like some more. So if you want to be a part of the webcomic panel, post here saying you want to be in it.  Panelists simply talk about their webcomics and answer questions from the audience.

EDIT: We only need two or three more, I think.

I'd be interested in helping out with the panel if not just attend it as a spectator.  I've done mostly Flash animaitons, but also have done several webcomics in the past.

**Raises hand**
My friend and I have a webcomic, Thunder and Lightning. It's only been up for a little under a year, though, so I'm not sure other people would be thrilled to see us. ^^;; Still, maybe we could help. Even if it is only question/answer stuff. :3
(Actually, it'd be perfect- I kinda wanted to do a panel, but couldn't think of anything besides the question answer stuff. XD)

AuroraDragonKaya and Lifepoint1, I e-mailed you guys (well, PMed Lifepoint since the e-mail address isn't available) with info about what you need to do.  Thanks!

I was on the panel in 2005 and I'd be interested in going on again. I haven't had a normally running webcomic since late 2005, but I'm part of the community - I chill with the gang from the defunct Bagofchips (RPG World, Stubble, Skirting Danger, Fox and Apple, etc.)

My most prominent comic can be seen here:

In 2005 I answered a lot of questions about how to start, where to host, tools of the trade, and other tips. I was also trying to start a general webcomics panel in 2006, but I think there was one specifically for one comic; I forget which. Tell me what you think.

edit: Ah yeah, I've done an animation last year, too, and over last summer did an animation series for UthTV.

I feel as if I'm "applying" for something, so anything else I've done can be found here:

Haha that animation was great! Verry funny! Was Flash used to make it?
I realized I hadn't posted any of my work in my last post, so here goes.

Edit: Oh and thanks Sygmus, I just replied through email.

Yep! I do all of my design work in Flash, including my comics and animations. Glad you liked it.

Sygmus

Oops, I haven't checked back in a while.  Sorry Jeff, we only needed a couple more, and we got them.  Maybe if you show up just before the panal starts you can join in too.  That's what happened last time, if I recall correctly.

Nice job LiFepoint1 in Fanime Con Panel.  I hope you will go again next year.  For next Fanime I have one suggestion I like to bring to your attention now because you will have one year time to prepare.

You and Max Mao have talent to make good flash and webcomic.  You have many fans because of that.  Some fans make good fanart, some fans make ugly fanart, but they are still fans.  Fanart is made from heart and for that fanart can only be good.  Having fans is not a right.  Its a gift.  Do not humiliate your fans because they do ugly fanart.  Do not humiliate your fans because you think their Xin suggestions are useless.  If you don’t want to be humiliated, you must not humiliate.  Do not humiliate because you think your art is better than your fans.  Check out the flash and webcomic with high scores in out there.  You will have more idea about the standard of the best flash and best comics.
Your humiliation can make your fans your enemies, but once they are forced into LiFe.1 rival fields they can’t revert to LiFe.1 fans again.  Your wonderful flash and webcomic can’t undo humiliation.
LiFe.1 fans are not nice to one another but LiFe.1 enemies support each other in every action inside and outside of LiFe.1.  You do the math.

While you are doing the math, calculate how many fans have been humiliated by you and think, did they really deserve your humiliation.

Many fans of LiFe.1 are teens.  Humiliating them or influencing other fans to humiliate them are nasty and irresponsible, man.

What do LiFe.1 fans learn from LiFe.1?  I’m afraid the answer is the Art of Humiliation.  See me for example.

Dear Steve Dear Max, having a sarcastic tongue inside your mouth is a gift.  Use it wisely and do some good to the world.

If you want to delete the threads that you wrote to humiliate your fans all these years, it will take you 2 months to clean up your website and forums.

A 16-year-old fan you humiliated 4 years ago is 20 now.  Scar from humiliation will be permanent and this is what I end up with today.

Dear Steve Dear Max, watch your mouth.  Think carefully before your humiliate your fans.

Better luck next time.  Better luck next Fanime.

LiFe.1 is the best

There were too many people in the conference center.  I didn’t know LiFepoint1 has their panels this year.  I missed that.  :x

I didn’t believe the post before me because I liked LiFe.1 flash movies and game big time.  I thought you were trying to frame LiFe.1 until I went to their website again recently.  There are some fans who seem too young to create wonderful fanart.  I could see they were humiliated by the site admins.  Poor kids.  They were too young they didn’t even notice they had been humiliated.

Someone PM me to vote 0 to their Xin and Kazahana movies in Newgrounds, like a protest.  Of course I didn’t vote, but their scores dropped 20% in a short time.  I think LiFepoint1 got more enemies than fans.

But their flashes and comics are great.  If you do not do fanart, you will enjoy this website big times.  I really like their flash game.
