It has since been renamed Doki Doki Majo Shinpan.  Here's the official site.

I'll probably pick this up.  Cause it's a SNK AVG.  My favorite company doing one of my favorite genres?  Sweet.

They liked the new name better?  I don't think they've ever given an explanation for the name change.
