This is Fanime territory!

I was driving around Downtown SJ today and I saw them taking down the "This is Sharks Territory" banners (*sob*) and replacing them with the Fanime banners! They're gonna be all over Downtown SJ soon!

Just a thought. If the Sharks were still in the playoffs, the convention would be at the same time as the Sharks games. That means a LOT of media attention, especially if it's the Stanley Cup finals, and a LOT of people downtown.
Too bad the Sharks were eliminated...

I remember someone told me that the Sharks were in the playoffs during fanime one year, apparently parking and simply getting around downtown was a nightmare.

Well at least Shark fans aren't like Raider fans.

Last time the Raiders were at the Supper bowl there was a riot in Oakland.

So the next time the Sharks are in the play offs I will definitely feel more safe.

As much as I wish that they didn't have to take down the Shark's banner... I can't really feel bad since they're putting up Fanime banners. :P
