The banners are up again!
Well, they've been up since last week

Pretty sweet to have San Jose covered in Fanime banners again. San Carlos Street feels like Fanime Street (eastward from the convention center to SJSU). Who are those characters again? And isn't the girl in the pink dress a new banner?

We keep them to use for the next year!

Every year, we add on 50, so there should be in total 100 banners put up in downtown San Jose.

It feels like there's less banners this year though. There's some only on San Carlos Street, Market St., Almaden Blvd., Almaden & Santa Clara (by HP Pavilion), and the SoFA District; instead of the ENTIRE downtown area.

Uhm, Comic Con >AX.  There is probably about as much Anime related stuff there as there is at AX. 

Think AX, and then add a bunch of cool stuff like Video Game manufacturers, T.V. and Movie production companies,  Independent comics, animation, free movie previews, etc.  Oh yeah, and comics too.

The Dealers room is about 200 ft by 1000 ft.  There is a huge auditoriums and dozens of film/meeting rooms (including some at the Hyatt Hotel).

By the way, there's more to comics than just manga (or American comics).

Expect I'm not espically interested in the dealer's room and the artist alley isn't packed with all the artist/friends I love to purchase from and chat with.
