It was wonderfull meeting and shooting everyone!  I had a great time, and so far it's looking like most of the pictures came out great!

I hope to have pictures uploaded tomorrow, I'll send out PM's once they're up.

I think I saw you guys like an hour before the shoot time, near the maid cafe.  Some of the group shots from the DMC gathering look pretty good, the single shots from the gathering came out much better.

I knew it was someone I had shot twice, but I couldn't figure out who it was!

Oh yah the DMC Gathering will be up tomorrow, along with all of the other gatherings I shot.

you say you shot gatherings, hmmmm? did you happen to get the death note gathering in front of the convention center on sunday? i was a part of it, but i'm having a hard time getting pictures of it...

I did catch an informal Death Note group on Saturday, but no I didn't make it to the official meet up.  The meet ups I did catch were  Friday: DMC, Capcom/Street Fighter, and some anime that I don't know (everybody was wearing Black Coats with intricate white patterns.).  Saturday: B&W Dance Lessons.  Sunday: Bleach (I took a LOT of photos at this meet).

This was really fun for me and I got to meet a lot of cool people.  I think I will be making a similar offer next year if I go.

Just to let everyone know the book is coming along wonderfully.  I'm actually having a hard time picking which photos to include, there are so many good ones!

The book will be on display at UCSC next Friday from 12-4 (I think), in case any of you want to see it in person.  And I think I will be able to make a second copy to donate to Fanimecon (providing that printing costs aren't too prohibitive.

I also might be able to make a digital version in pdf format.

The photo book is almost ready.  I had a problem printing it yesterday, so I'm having another version printed today.

Unfortunatly printing this is very expensive, so I don't know if I will be able to make a copy for the con.

A digital version will be up sometime soon.
