I will at the very least show up to get some pictures of this meet up and of the ball.

Night time shots are fuzzy because the camera has to increase the ISO for the shots to expose correctly.  In order to shoot nighttime photos and have them come out not fuzzy you need either a tripod so you can have a long exposure, or a flash.  You can mute the flash by putting a thin piece of paper or white cloth in front of it.  That will make the picture not seem so washed out.
