WOW, I didn't realize that there was already a gathering being organized.  I was heading up the smash bros gathering for Fanime over at Cosplay.com http://www.cosplay.com/showthread.php?t=142952.  There is only one thing I'm confused about.  This thread says 3:30 but the official gathering list says 3:00 for smash and 3:30 for general nintendo.  Can someone plz clarify?  Thanks ;D
