You know, this being my first Fanime and all, I was almost determined to glomp at least one person before the event was over.  But, you know, every time I saw a sign asking for glomps, not only did I feel rather out of place just throwing my arms around said person and hugging them (since I refused to tackle-glomp), but I kept calling to mind this 220lb guy tackling this cute little thing to the ground.  I'm 6'2 and slim, but still, the thought of tackle-glomping someone so much smaller than me just felt wrong.  I guess you know how it goes...if it don't feel good, don't do it =)

I don't like the thought of being glomped by a Tripod loadblock.

Anyways I stick to softer, friendlier hugs, yet I don't feel out of place. I'm afraid of hurting someone from glomping them (even if I didn't weigh as much as the 170 or so lbs that i currently do). I don't want to be forceful.
