Tales of Fandom gathering 08!

weeelllll, since the turn out last year's gathering was so great (for it being a last minute one) let's plan a little earlier this year! And any tales of game is allowed to join!

the Abyss, Phatasia, Legendia, Symphonia, Destiny, Eternia, etc......



Let's try to have a bigger group this time around! I'm not going to be returning as Tear for the gathering BUT I'll be coming as Grune from Tales of Legendia instead!

So far, the time/date has been set to Sunday May 25th, @ 12:00 PM, by the fountains. Might change but it seems like a better day then monday, right?

My friends and I are all making tales of the abyss cosplay. In our group we have Anise, Tear, Luke, Guy, Jade, and Dist. :D

OMG. I had no idea that a topic about this had already been posted. I posted a topic about doing this a few weeks ago. That's good that you have a date for it planned. It was one of my favorite moments at the con last year and I'm really excited about doing it again this year. I was the one dressed as Zelos and this year, I plan to cosplay as Judas from Tales of Destiny 2.
I hope we get a bigger group as well. It'd be great to see how many Tales fans we can get together.
And that's awesome that you plan on cosplaying as Grune. I've never seen a cosplayer of a Legendia character before and I look forward to seeing how your costume turns out.

Sunday at 12 should work for me. I am in the cosplay competition so as long as nothing is going on for the competition around 12 then I should be there. I hope there is nothing going on. I am so excited to wear my Tear cosplay.... but first I have to finish it ^_^;.  . I so can't wait. I am so excited 0((>w<))0

Paladin Cecil: Thank you-- imma excited for my Legendia cosplay :P A few of my friends will show as Moses, Shirley, and Norma-- and a few other people will be coming as Senel and Jay. There will nearly be a whole party, lol.

but I don't think I am doing it >_<
my hair got too long these days, and I am not gonna cut it =3

One thing you could do stick your hair in the back of your shirt. I cosplayed as Lloyd a few years ago and did that. Another thing that you could do is stick your hair in a hairnet and get a wig that resembles Lloyd's hair.

I noticed that the Naruto Gathering is at the same time as the Tales of gathering... Now, since we'll be over run by them (they have a LOT of people for that gathering) I would maybe suggest having this gathering at 12:30 instead. Does that sound okay to everyone? It's just it gets scary when there's a bunch of narutos running around, lol.

Aww... last year was so much fun :3.  I still have my Lloyd cosplay.  *Sigh* I'll never forget about it.

Well, as I posted on the cosplay.com forums, I'll be going as Guy this year.  The outfit is looking really good so far.

The progress for my Judas costume has taken longer than expected, but I should have it finished next week.

I've got all the material needed for the costume now. Finishing it has taken a bit longer than expected. I plan to work on the head gear first and so far, I have it partially completed. I should have it finished in a day or two. The rest of the costume will be much easier to work on.

I've got the head piece finished now and now all I need to do is have the colors sewn on to the outfit.
