Anyway I'm pretty much all caught up, and now we have a few 'new' abilities:

a girl who controls lightning element and the copy-cat ability, mind trap/nightmares ability.

Cool. I still think there should be someone who controls the weather.

and popular demand is for a Blue or furry character running around.

Any ideas conspiracy theories?

ehhh, Season 2 of "Heroes" isn't as good as last year's, mainly from the weak character storylines.  Like, I really don't like Hiro being stuck in feudal-Japan, or Claire dating Gabriel (who has flying powers.. old news, since Nathan does that.)  I keep hoping that each week's episode would somehow get better, and so far it hasn't..  :-\

and FYI Gabriel isnt the boy dating Claire.

Oh, yeah.. forgot the kid's name for a second. hehe  It's West..  When he started taking Claire up into the sky, I thought "is this Heroes or Smallville??"   :P  I also don't like the story-line about the twins' (Maya's black eyes remind me of the black-oil from X-files) and the copy-cat girl's story so far doesn't seem too special.  Even Kristin Bell's character reminded me of the two bitchy women (who worked for the Agency) last season..

I'm actually rooting for Sylar this season. haha  ;D

ironically i was thinking the same thing,

crossing over with scenes from Smallville taking a character from Veronica Mars.

and the dead character Candice is on a CW show called "reaper" now...

i guess its gets harder and harder to keep things 'fresh' in this day in age.

As much as I hate Slyar, there's an odd sense to root for him too.

Yeah, nice way to show that "Heroes" isn't an X-men clone..  :P

Entertainment Weekly had an article on how this season needed fixing, and that article was sooo correct.  Definitely NOT picking up Season 2 on DVD when it comes out due to such a bad beginning it's started off with..

Here's my lack of enthusiasm for this season of Heroes:  Last night, still tired from the Yaoi-Con weekend, I taped Monday's episode and watched it later.  Granted, that meant I could fast-forward through all the commercials, but every week I like watching the episode when it airs at 9:00pm, and am excited about the new episode.   :-\    Such isn't the case anymoe, it seems..

I could understand,...

Last year I'd always chat about how revolutionary this series would be, always keeping me guessing how these heroes with save the day.

i guess all of expectations are still high, and the stories are sorta following this muddle massive jump from situation to situation and even I find myself how does all of this connect?

hopeully future episodes will respark the pull that it had like the first season.

Sorry, but the show is becoming kinda predictable.  Admittedly a bit better this week, but the show still isn't as good as it was last season.
Oh, and I'm gonna throw out a spoilers (prediction).  Adam is Clairs real father (remember the discussion between Mr. and Mrs. Bennet about her real father).

technically its already been determined that Nathan Petreli is Claires father...

but I'm certain Adam/Kensei is probably a relative of some time.

then again we're all technically 'family' at one point or another...

eh the dude is over 400 yrs old, I'm sure he had a running with at least one of Claire's realitive...but then again he might had not...I mean look at little micka...I think I spelled his name wrong...but how does moving through objects and super strength turn into fixing/manipulating electronics?

But about the Nathan thing...yea the fire chick was after money but even grandma Pretteli knew about Claire being a little Pretteli...and she knows everything :-p
