How to open?

I was wondering how can you open or register for a panel because I was planning on selling things me and my friend made. Also how much would it cost for the whole weekend etc. ?

I actually would like to know how to start up my own station in the artist alley. I'm brand new to all of this and my friends and I would like to get everything started as soon as possible. I've been on the website and it says that the forms should be up by October 15th, but its already November 8th.

Can someone help me please. I don't wish to disappoint my friends.

Believe me, you're not missing anything and I'll keep the front page updated when we do upload these types of things.

Everything else, including panals and signing up for artist ally isn't open yet. Just keep watching the front page for updates.
