What the Hell happened to Fooly Cooly!!?!!??!?!!

Ok, maybe it's just me, but I freaking LOVED Fooly Cooly, from start to finish that was one of the best anime series that I have ever seen. In four simple episodes the creators managed to build on several interesting characters and develop a rather intricate plot in less than two hours. Fooly Cooly is well known for being well known, in that, out of all of the hundreds of different anime and manga series, Fooly Cooly is known among all the enthusiasts and the anime ametures. At the end of the convention, as all the dealers pack away all the crap that is left over after all the hecklers and members have picked through it, they should all notice that all of their Fooly Cooly merchandise was sold on the first or second day and that they would have less product left over at the end of the weekend if they had just brought more Fooly Cooly instead.

Sooooo, my theory is, that if any smart dealers decide to actually read this post and all of your many requests and comments, that this time around they might actually bring enough Fooly Cooly for all of us to buy and enjoy so post away at how this is such an injustice.

It's also an extremely old series that virtually no one cares about anymore. It was worth a watch, and people liked it, but it doesn't have the brand of fandom to get follow ups, new add ons, games, etc. etc. etc.

FLCL merchandise stopped coming out about a year after its release, and almost everything that does come to cons/stores now, are the older merchandise that hasn't sold, or is being resold...

...

Man, the last time I saw a FLCL doujinshi... was like, 6 years ago.

The Broccoli booth had a ton of FLCL stuff last year, and the year before.

I hope they do again this year because my Takkun the cat t-shirt is getting threadbare I wear it so much.

sorry but I think since its an old show like sailor moon....its going to be imnpossible to know this..just to those who are older than 17 know it but since theres more new young audience out there..your closest BET is GURREN Lagann!

Look. if you want FLCL your best bet to find things and items associated with them would be the swap market...
apparently i said the same thing when I asked about the sailor moon
NOw these days in conventions you rarely see those and see new ones that are never been seen before nor even heard of. Maybe video game chratcers like final fantasy and god knows whatever other series they have...

but when its FLCL your just going to find BACKPACKS on the dealers room....maybe some figures and keychains by the swap market..and I dont' even recall anyone doing Fan art from the art dearlers/ rows/tables room.

I am not saying anything bad but its kinda of sad truth....I mean..i really missed FLCL merchandise....i really do..now the only thing i can find them is at ebay and some modifiers with their guitar hero modifications of FLCL (the gas power kinds not the PUT a bumper sticker image kind)

THe closest thing I can like to FLCL is Tengen toppa Gurren lagann which i seen some during the last convention i went to.

But... wait... huh? What you said in the earlier post has nothing to do or even implies anything close to what you said in this post, besides the point that Gurren Lagann is nothing like FLCL.

This thread was about merchandise... which then you said, get Gurren Lagann... because it's close to FLCL... but that has nothing to do with getting/finding FLCL merchandise...
