I'm pretty sure it's just "Tsubasa" and I didn't see anyone cosplaying it.  I guess it's just too new.

Hm... I can rummage up some CCS stuff.  I don't have Hyper Police or Muluv stuff.  Give me a little.  I'll edit this post when I get it up.
