Are ya talking to me? I'm doing great with them but I don't have a camera on me to take progress shots since my cousin borrowed the camera. I dunno when I'm getting it back, but when I do, I'll show pics.


I wish I knew how to play chess better. I know how the pieces move but I have no strategy whatsoever. I just learned how to play because my friend taught me recently.

3 weeks from right now we'll be done with the Naruto Gathering...how sad is that?  How EXCITING is that?  I can hardly wait!

This is going to be fun! :) Even though I wish I had green pants for Tenten XD the picture I saw had blue pants, so yeah. I'm pretty much the only pre-shippuden Tenten! :D yay! this outfit is getting big on me though. Haha! This year is going to be fun!

I heard that there is a Naruto marathon going on. I might go see some of it.  The Gaara(not Sasuke) retrieval Arc. ^~^

Does anyone think that Kunai mechanical pencils are considered weapons? I saw some in a mall, and I thought that might help my cosplay, due to the fact Tenten's a weapon specialist. :-\ I read the weapon thing, but They never said anything about pencils..

Finished my gloves to look like wrappings so that's good!

All I need now is to put the symbol on Choji's shirt and then make my scarf and that's it!

On a funny note: I dyed my shoes blue to match the color of the Konaha shoes and now when I wear them, my feet turn blue for like 4 days! Like really bright, Eiffel 65 Blue! Just thought it was a funny fact you all might laugh at so at the gathering if you see Female Choji, ask to see my feet. lol!

I was just looking over the list of cosplayers.  I'm surprised that Kurenai is not on the list - though I'm sure that there will be plenty of Kurenai cosplayers at Fanime anyways. :)

I'd love to join the Naruto gathering.  Please put me down for Kurenai-sensei.  I'm hoping to find a Shino, Kiba, and Hinata who would be willing to take Team 8 pictures with me.

heh ^_^ i have this crystal/powder foot soak stuff that did the same thing to my feet....took a while before the blue went away.  And the funny thing is, that was the only time out of many i used it and it did that to my feet :P

Here is the updated list for Naruto freeze tag: 1)A three-person squad will be "It". 2)After round one the last person to freeze(or keep defrosted) will be "It" with their squad next round. 3) The "It" squad may only freeze players with hand(s). 4)Players can only be defrosted by someone in their squad. 5)Players must be at least 5 ft. apart from squad-mates 6)Players are not allowed to make constant contact with or hold squad-mates during N.f.t.

okay, peoples! i have news!
good news and bad news. which do you want to hear first? The good news?

ok, so i FINALLY finished my Haku cosplay! ^ ^ it made me sooooooo happy. after months of agony and begging and pleading, i finally got my mom to sit down and teach me to sew. it might look crappy to others, but it's my first! looks pretty good for a first, if I do say so myself. everything's assembled, and things are put together right.

now the bad news. my mom is being VERY evil. see, we had this agreement that I'd pay for everything myself (MY money people, MY MONEY), and that IF i had good grades, meaning B's and up, that I could go to Fanime. unfortunately, my grades have gone down. and i had to cancel my skit (not like they were raeally helping) so i can't do what i wanted to. so, mom threw a fit, yelled at me, and then we came to a new deal: if I can get ALL my grades back up to B standard, I can still go (thank you, mom). here's the down side: I have 2 C's right now. so, i'm going to be going to ALOT of study sessions, work with my teachers, and F*CKING GET MY GRADES UP. cuz i really don't wanna miss any of this.

but, in case i don't make it, you all know why *glares at homework and school*

71 on the list currently.  Including PM's I think there are 4 or 5 more to add.  If we count the cosplay.com list I think that's roughly another 8 or 10...and let's not forget those who are not on the forums but will show up Sunday to join in on the fun.  I will not be a bit surprised if we're well over 100.   :o
