The payment amount hasn't changed yet?

I registered somewhere around October, so the balance was $40; but my check wasn't mailed for some reason so I'm a little nervous as to why the balance hasn't changed after a month.  Will it change automatically if I pay via credit card/PayPal?

Rinoa Heartilly (Ballroom Attire) (Final Fantasy VIII). 95%

Karla (Fire Emblem: Rekka no Ken).  20%
