What is your "account number"?

I'm pretty much a noob here, and I wanted to send an e-mail.. but I don't know what an "account number" is since you guys said to include the account number when sending the e-mail  :/

If you registered, you should have gotten an email with an account number.

But, the email could have been lost, or you didn't register online. In either case, it's ok! Just e-mail them anyway with some helpful information - like your full name or email address.
