Why are you being rude to her? She was just trying to nicely tell you that Fanime already HAS music. It was also a nice way of giving you a heads up that it's a bad idea. A lot of people who've looked at this thread didn't bother to post because they felt that it was too idiotic to matter. There are already people annoying others with boomboxes, already.

Instead of patrolling the hallways and playing themes and BGMs to random characters, just bring the music to gatherings that expect you and want the music being played. If you REALLY want to do this, at least just carry your library around and play when someone requests it... you'll be a walking jukebox-- that's good enough, isn't it? I mean, I'm sure there'll be a good amount of people that would object to even that, but it's somewhat of a compromise. I'm only making this suggestion because I am sure there are those that might appreciate this. Then, at least the people around you that requested it are actually people who want to hear it. No need to disrupt other people by forcing them to listen to your music. It's annoying and makes you look like a retard.

P.S.: Stop bumping your own threads repeatedly when people don't seem to care about what you brought up. Unless it's actually important information, it won't make any positive difference, unless your intention is just to annoy the hell out of people.

I wasn't being mean to her, if you heard the tone of my voice it would sound completely different than what you thought it would be although I could of reworded that to sound a little for tamed and more that I am sorry. Besides I am asking so just incase someone requests of me to play a song and that I will not disappoint and have there request ready I am just be prepaired. It's just that type of guy I am.

In addition take it easy sounds like you want to rip off my head. And my intention is not to annoy but to inform and let all late comers know. Now that I think of it screw the whole thing it will just be a drag in the end, if it pisses off people then to hell with it. I'll just have to go with the waving of the Zeon flag...just thought I do something, though I do change my mind from time to time I might do it or not. Anyway if you feel strong about people and there music then you should tell like the other 10-15 people to cut the music and whatnot I'l bet they'll be gung-ho about that.

There have been past incidents where other people would just walk up to random cosplayers of a series and start playing their theme or BGM for absolutely no reason-- which in most cases, they'll find it strange and annoying. However, there are a good handful that would appreciate it as well, I think it'd be more legitimate if you just take it to gatherings (with permission) or walk around with your library and play something when people request it. That might take the fun out of it, so you'll have to think of a compromise.

But if you patrol the con playing music in public where everyone is walking, you'll probably become a pest to most.
