ALRIGHT, I thought it was time for the boards to have a new game up here.  I just thought of this today, so please excuse the lack of specific rules...lets see if this'll work....

OKAY so the object is to state a characteristic of a character (can be as vague as you'd like, as long as it's possible to find a character with said trait)

and then the next poster has to post the name of a character with that trait, and then state another characteristic themselves!

EDIT: I've decided it doesn't HAVE to be an anime character XD It can be from games, movies, tv shows, etc etc

and you wanna use characteristics that can apply to more than one character, just so others can guess easier...unless its a popular character, then I think it'll slide
